The candidate must possess the following:
Customer service experience;
Sales background is a plus;
Detail oriented;
Excellent communication skills;
Negotiation skills;
Computer experience;
Able to sit and talk on the phone for up to 10 hours;
Multi-line phone experience ability to "beat the phones"; and
Enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
